The image was shot on May 21st, 2004 starting at 17:35 UT at Capella Observatory. It was exposed 40 minutes on Fuji Provia 400. Lens: 4/30mm fisheye (medium format).

The dominating milky way spans from the up left of the image down right. The zodiacal light can be seen also, forming a "V" with the milky way and with Jupiter at the upper edge of the image. Left to the milky way near the bottom of the image the comet LINEAR is visible, right to the zodiacal light the comet NEAT can be seen. Just above the horizon the Moon (big bright spot) and Venus (small bright spot) can be seen. Saturn and Mars are a little above them.

Die Aufnahme entstand  am 21. Mai 2004 ab 17:35 UT beim Capella Observatory. Sie wurde 40 Min. auf Fuji Provia 400 belichtet. Objektiv: 4/30mm Fisheye (Mittelformat).

Dominierend ist die Milchstraße, schräg von links oben nach rechts unten laufend, und V-förmig dazu das Zodiakallicht mit Jupiter an der Spitze.
Links unterhalb der Milchstraße der Komet LINEAR, rechts neben dem Zodiakallicht der Komet NEAT. Unmittelbar über dem Horizont Mond (heller Fleck) und Venus (schwächerer Fleck), etwas darüber Saturn und Mars.
