Remarks: |
The image is a digital collage of two different stacks of
the raw material. One version was created by stacking the images using the
backround stars as reference, one by using the (moving) comet center as
such. The galaxy in the top left of the image is PGC 60212, which would certainly never have made its own image if the comet hadn't flew by in front of it. A version of the same comet in front of IC434, imaged December 29./30. 2023 from Capella Observatory South can be found here. |

Das Bild ist eine digitale
Collage aus zwei verschiedenen Stacks des Rohmaterials. Eine Version wurde
durch Stacken mit den Hintergrundsternen als Referenz erstellt, eine, indem
das (sich bewegende) Kometenzentrum als solche verwendet wurde. |
