Remarks: | This image was taken shortly after the corresponding one of NGC 3628 to merge the two together into a two-way mosaic of the Leo triplet. Despite the rather short total exposure time, the depth achieved (recognizable by the large number of background galaxies) is quite decent. |

Dieses Bild entstand kurz nach dem entsprechenden von NGC 3628, um beide zusammen zu einem Zweifach-Mosaik des Leo-Tripplets zu vereinigen. Trotz der recht geringen Gesamtbelichtungszeit ist die erreichte Tiefe (zu erkennen an der Vielzahl der Hintergrundgalaxien) recht ordentlich. |
