| Remarks: |
The exposure time for the upper part of this dual mosaic is about twice that
of the lower part to better reveal NGC 3628's tail. The overall image is a
slightly rotated crop of the mosaic, whose individual images were taken
slightly offset from one another. This is also the reason for the (at least
for us) unusual orientation of the image (North at 2h). The same sky area, but exposured with a much smaller telescope (Astro-Physics 105mm-Refractor Traveler, f=600mm) can be found here. |

Bemerkungen: |
Die Belichtungszeit für den
oberen Teil des Zweifachmosaikes beträgt etwa das Doppelte der des unteren,
um den Schweif von NGC 3628 besser herausarbeiten zu können. Das Gesamtbild
ist ein leicht gedrehter Crop des Mosaiks, dessen Einzelbilder etwas
versetzt zueinander aufgenommen wurden. Dies ist auch der Grund für die
(zumindest für uns) ungewöhnliche Orientierung des Bildes (Norden bei 2h). |
