First attempts using the SII filter for emisson nebulas.The image is a false color composite. The Ha component (which is dark red in reality) is used for green, the SII component (which is "more" red than Ha) is used for red and the OIII component (which is green-blue in reality) is used for blue. The center of M16 in "real colors" can be found here. Image processed with CCDSharp and digital development (DDP). |

| Bemerkungen: | Erste Versuche mit dem SII Filter bei Emissionsnebeln. Bei
dieser Falschfarbendarstellung wurde Ha (eigentlich ein tiefrotes Licht) für
den Grünkanal, SII (in Wirklichkeit noch "roter" als Ha) für den Rotkanal
und OIII (in Wirklichkeit grün-blau) für den Blaukanal verwendet. Eine
Aufnahme des Zentrums von M16 in "Echtfarben" befindet sich
hier. Das Bild wurde mit Hilfe von CCDSharp und "digital development" (DDP) bearbeitet. |
