The image was shot on May 13th, 2004 at Capella Observatory. It was exposed 33 minutes on Fuji Provia 400F. Lens: 5.6/300mm (medium format). North is up. Photographed by  S. Binnewies, R. Sparenberg and V.Robering. A detailed view of the center of the Eta Carinae Nebula (NGC 3372) can be found here.

Die Aufnahme entstand  am 13. Mai 2004 beim Capella Observatory. Sie wurde 33 Min. auf Fuji Provia 400F belichtet. Objektiv: 5,6/300 mm (Mittelformat). Norden ist oben. Fotografiert von S.
