Image taken on March, 23rd 2003 with an 105mm Astro-Physics Refractor (Traveler) at f=600mm. Exposed 6 min. on Provia 400 F medium format film. Much, Bergisches Land, Germany.

The higher resolved image shows the Jupiter moons of the exposure. Himalia is the VI. moon of Jupiter. It was discovered 1904 by Chales Dillon Perrine at the Lick Observatory. It's time of circulation is 251 days.

Two shashlik spits generated the difraction spices ;-)

 

Aufgenommen am 23.03.2003 mit einem 105mm Astro-Physics Refraktor (Traveler) bei f=600mm. 6 min. belichtet auf Provia 400 F Mittelformatfilm. Much, Bergisches Land.
Die Aufnahme in der höheren Auflösung offenbart die mit abgebildeten Jupitermonde. Himalia ist der VI. Jupitermond, entdeckt 1904 von Charles Dillon Perrine vom Lick Observatory aus. Er hat einne Umlaufzeit von 251 Tagen.
Zwei Schaschlikspieße ersetzten die Fangspiegelhalterung :-)
