The peculiar shape of this huge but dim PN is the result of projecting the 3D shape, a spiral spring, onto the image (see images below). Also interesting are the details in the Ha and OIII images (see below). Image processed with CCDSharp and DDP. |

Die eigenartige Form dieses riesigen PN ist das Ergebnis der Projektion seiner 3D-Form (eine Spiralfeder) auf das Bild (siehe Bilder unten). Ebenfalls interessant sind die Details in den Ha und OIII Bildern (siehe unten). Das Bild wurde mit Hilfe von CCDSharp und DDP bearbeitet. |
