| Remarks: |
NGC 5033 (bottom left) is a Seyfert galaxy containing a so called AGN (Active Galactic Nucleus), most likely a supermassiv black hole. NGC 5005 (top right) is containing a LINER nucleus, containing ionized Gas. The source of that ionization is either a black hole or star forming. NGC 5033 and NGC 5005 weakly influence each other. Signs of gravitational interaction can be seen in the inverted picture (see below) as tidal streams. The small galaxy bottom right is NGC 5002. |

Bemerkungen: |
NGC 5033 (links unten) ist eine sog. Seyfert Galaxie, die einen aktiven galaktischen Kern beinhaltet (vermutlich ein supermassives schwarzes Loch). NGC 5005 (oben rechts) beinhaltet einen sog. LINER Kern, der sich durch ionisiertes Gas verrät. Die Energiequelle dieser Gas-Ionsisation ist entweder auch ein aktiver Kern oder Sternneubildug im inneren des Kerns. NGC 5033 und NGC 5005 bilden ein schwach wechselwirkendes Paar. In der invertierten Version (siehe unten) erkennt man schwache Gezeitenströme. Die kleinne Galaxie unten rechts ist NGC 5002. |
