Remarks:

The reason that the Hickson compact group 87 is so well known to the public is that the HST imaged it. See here. If you look carefully to the edge on galaxy (see enlarged view), you may notice, that it contains three dust lines in the upper part. The galaxy itself belongs to the so called box shaped galaxies, a rare type of galaxies.

 

Because we had some guiding problems with the blue exposure we calculated it from the L, R and G exposure.

 

 

Bemerkungen:

Der Grund dafür, das die kompakte Gruppe Hickson 87 der Allgemeinheit so bekannt ist, ist der, dass das HST ein Bild von ihr gemacht hat. Siehe hier. Wenn Sie die Edge-On Galaxie genau betrachten (siehe Ausschnittvergrößerung), können Sie feststellen, dass der obere Teil der Galaxie drei Staubstreifen enthält. Die Galaxie gehört zum seltenen Typ der "box shaped" Galaxien.

 

Da wir einige Nachführ-Probleme bei der Blauaufnahme hatten, haben wir sie aus der L, R und G-Aufnahme berechnet.
