Remarks:

vdB126 is a reflection nebula in the constellation Vulpecula. It is located in an elongated dark cloud, which is also cataloged as LDN767 or LDN768. The blue nebula is formed by the scattering of light from HD 182918 by particles in the surrounding medium. The spectral class of this star is B6V. To the right of vdb126 is another blue reflection nebula cataloged as GN 19.22.6. Its light probably comes from the star HD 344313, a B2V star.

Bemerkungen:

vdB126 ist ein Reflexionsnebel im Sternbild Fuchs (Vulpecula). Er befindet sich in einer langgezogenen Dunkelwolke, die auch als LDN767 bzw. LDN768 katalogisiert ist. Der blaue Nebel entsteht durch Streuung des Lichtes von HD 182918 an den Teilchen des umgebenden Mediums. Die Spektralklasse dieses Sterns ist B6V. Rechts neben vdb126 ist ein weiterer, blauer Reflexionsnebel zu sehen der als GN 19.22.6 katalogisiert ist. Sein Licht stammt vermutlich vom Stern HD 344313, einem B2V Stern.
