Below a contrast enhanced inverted L-only version of the same region (a 2x1 mosaic, 19x900 sec. for the left, 22x900 sec. for the right half) as the image above is shown. The galaxy in the above color version near the right edge is NGC 6223. In contrast to older images done with the FSQ piggybacked (e.g. IC 1396, see here) for this image the small telescope was also used for guiding exposures, since the "big one" only acted as a "counterweight" due to the missing of its camera (the STX was on a repair trip to SBIG...) |

Unten ist eine kontrastverstärkte invertierte Luminaz-Version der selben Gegend (ein 2x1 Mosaik, 19x900 sec. für die linke, 22x900 sec. für die rechte Hälfte) zu sehen. Die Galaxie in der Farbversion oben nahe dem rechten Rand ist NGC 6223 Im Gegensatz zu älteren Bildern, die mit dem FSQ "huckepack" gemacht wurden (z.B. IC1396, siehe hier), wurde das kleine Teleskop für dieses Bild auch für die Nachführungs-Belichtungen verwendet, da "das große" aufgrund der fehlenden Kamera (die STX war auf einer Reparatur-Reise nach SBIG) nur als "Gegengewicht" diente. |
